Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and consolidate work plans into an integrated overall work planning and scheduling for mechanical discipline in 3 modules and non-modular in Petronas LNG Complex inclusive of daily and short-term maintenance works and major maintenance activities in accordance with company's policies, procedures, and statutory requirements to ensure smooth plant production to meet the agreed targets.
• Key Accountabilities
• 1. Planning and Scheduling
• Review and analyze of all the maintenance work request for Mechanical Train 9 and MLNG 3 activities including bad actors, SAP backlog and major maintenance works into comprehensive and integrated work schedule to contribute to achieve production capacity and plant reliability and availability.
• 2. Coordination and Liaison
• Coordinate and liaise with Operations, Area and Mechanical Managers, Engineers and Superintendents and contractors through regular coordination meeting with the respective parties to ensure work priorities, schedules, resources, work methodologies and equipment release and update/reschedule as a result of urgent/priority jobs.
• 3. Documentation and Control
• Prepare, Compile and develop complete documentation of shutdown work list, tow weeks Look Ahead Plan (LAP) and Long Term LAP (1 year) excluding Turnaround (TA) individual discipline maintenance work schedule including material & resource requirements, participate in all the work list review meetings with various project groups to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
• 4. Budget Preparation and Monitoring
• Prepare and compile maintenance budget, monitor and analyze expenditure and budget variance and present the monthly budget variance report for management update to ensure effective cost management and optimum utilization of resources.
• 5. Plant Turnaround Preparation
• Register defect work list that cannot be done online to Turnaround Engineering Department and discuss in the work scope challenge session to achieve plant reliability and availability.

- Plan and execute routine maintenance program, including inspections, preventative, predicative and corrective maintenance for rotating and static equipments.
- Ensure all break-down maintenance is conducted within set time limits and to safety & quality standards.
- Familiar and knowledgeable in ASME PCC 1, PCC 2, ASME B31.3, API510, TEMA, API 614, API 610, API RP 687, API 697
- Provide the sites with engineering troubleshooting support either directly or by coordinating the input of engineering specialists
- Take part in procurement and contracting process of spares and consumables / repairs and services
- Monitor and verify work quality carried out by external contractors
- Focal for modular shutdowns and focal for gas turbine inspection (i.e. HGPI, Major Inspection GT Frame 7)

- Developed and supported implementation of processes and procedures HSE documents (risk assessments, HSE plans, HSE procedures, etc).
- Followed up of contractors/subcontractors including mobilization/demobilization, post-work assessment and audits when needed.
- Facilitated with investigative causes of injuries, accidents, incidents, and near misses identifying preventive safety measures for incorporation into the safety program
- Planned and performed site visits, inspections, technical advice, data interpretation, analysis and mitigations (UAUC, Stop Work, ZeTo, etc.), training, and process improvement.
- Assisted with various tasks contributing to staff organization.
- Conducted and participated in internal (First Line Assurance, HSEMS, MCF), regulatory, and Group level audits and inspections.
- Responsible with the creation of HSE communications and promotions.
- Provided support to Business Unit and HSE Advisors in the rolling-out of Group HSE objectives and other initiatives.
- Provided cross-Business Unit support when needed.
- Focal for digital initiatives (XPRESS, Artificial Intelligence Security Camera (AISC), Drone Surveillance and Inspection)

Responsibilities / Work Details:
-Focal person for commissioning onboard in the absence of lead commissioning engineer.
-Acted as focal point with construction disciplines for agreed completion status issues.
-Commissioned two 1000 kW Sulzer booster pumps on SUPG-B Platform for EOR Project.
-Participated in pre-commissioning stage for Solar Turbine Centaur 50 Gas Turbine Compressor
-Participated in pre-hydrotest and mechanical completion punch listing with construction field personnel.
-Prepared hydro/leak/service test package demarcation.
-Completed reinstatement and prepare systems and documentation for final handover to client at RFSU.
-With the discipline engineers and associated vendors, carry out functional tests of plant equipment and systems.
-Completed all associated commissioning documentation and check sheets.
-Familiar with project risk assessment activities such as HAZOP, CRA, PASR.
-Developed effective and presentable data monitoring of the construction documentation for the clients during daily progress meetings.
-Oversee completion of multi-discipline division of work related to pre-commissioning or commissioning on project.
-Maintained Project and Commissioning HSE standards within the allocated system work areas including all necessary tool box meetings with contractor’s personnel assigned to the commissioning team.
-Revised / Set up commissioning procedure and operation manual.
