Responsibilities
· To ensure Pico Malaysia’s brand is not perceived as the events and marketing specialist only as the brand have move forward into brand activation
· To conceptualise for major events and translating into brand activation via digital experiences and unique activities
· To network with the industry partners/players for future and possible working relationships
· Ensuring that specifications offered to customers are within the scope of the Company and that customer’s requirements are adequately conveyed to other departments – design, production and accounts.
· Identifying new and potential clients as well as maintaining current clients
· Planning and allocating the manpower for the team in order to achieve desired target
· To ensure that the team schedules/timeline in design, presentation, production and on site support are fulfilled according to customer requirement
· Coordinating closely with operations and liase with clientele and organisers with regards to matters pertaining projects, in particular those that can adversely affect quality to customer
· Carrying out pre-show costing and contract review of the project awarded
· Authorising and selecting sub-contractors to ensure project is delivered with desirable quality
· Participating in audits by the internal quality auditors for the eventual improvement of the company
