• Transaction fee accrual UAT: Supporting on automation project for both HK and VN region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenario, identified data gaps, status reporting and coordinated sign offs.
• New fund launching: Participated in new fund launching by ensuring accurate fund setup in internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply correct tagging and support accurate NAV calculations.
• Firefighting of HK massive resignation: Supporting both VN and HK region in daily BAU.
• SPOC of Loading balancing project: Lead and plan the transition of 19 carnation funds between GBS India and GBS KL. (3 fte saved)

• Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting functions for assigned mutual funds and separately managed accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash and investment transactions, including corporate actions, and transfer agency to ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments and external and custodians to ensure that proper accounting procedures and best practices are followed.
• Trained and mentored junior staff members on accounting principles and procedures.
• Assist in special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting process.
