• Responsible for the day to day monitoring of aircraft check at the MRO ensuring strict compliance to operator requirement in terms of quality, cost, and duration to meet operation demands.

• Experienced on handling end of lease of aircraft and dealing with various operator department including lessor reps.

• Managed day to day operational activities of line maintenance team and ensure adequate manpower, resource, spares, documentation and tooling/equipment in providing technical handling.
• Advise Line Maintenance Manager on all operational matters.
• Ensure all aircraft are dispatched in a timely manner and handle in accordance to standard procedure with fully compliance to airworthiness requirement.
• Coordinate with MCC team for any flight changes, AOG, defect deferment or flight limitation.

• Incharge of Air Asia fleet cabin interior maintenance team and exterior maintenance. Additional experience dealing with vendors for contract terms and condition including aircraft cleaning procedures and vendors safety trainings.

• Establish as a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer and attached to line maintenance. Involved with maintenance of A320-200 with CFM56-5B and certify routine and non routine task including 'E" check.

• Promoted to join Air Asia technician development program to obtain EASA Part-66 License.

• Joined Air Asia as aircraft technician and have been involved in line maintenance task both routine and non routine task, engine change, landing gear change, APU change. Assist on component replacement, inspection, troubleshooting and defect rectification.

Has been involved in base maintenance check, experienced on B727, B737-200 and MD11-F.
