Summary

I would be honest to inform that I started part time as property agent since year 2021 and it continues. My passion for higher income is more than moderation.


You might ask "WHY DONT YOU BE A FULL TIME PROPERTY AGENT INSTEAD?".

Because property is not a fast consuming product which means I cannot get a fixed income. But property is a necessity or even a luxury which manages to contribute to my extra and/or second income.

You might also having concern that I might be using some of my full time working hours for my part time business. I wouldn't deny that I would answer some calls and revert to some texts from my part time business clients. But choosing to be such transparent to your company, this is one guarantee that I would prioritize all full time job matters during working hours. Additionally, I might have greater opportunities to development new business partnership for the company since I know more clients from different background.


Having "incredible jumping skill" of working experiences, from a purchasing staff to a legal clerk and now in sales and marketing, I learn as much as i could along the way so i can figure out where and in which field that my interest and passion would continue.

I like to sell because I get to know many people from different background and definitely can earn higher income. I want to be a millionaire and more.


I might not having any experience in FMCG but I am fast adaptive to new working environment. I can work independently and/or under minimum supervision. I am well spoken in Mandarin, Malay and English. I have skilled yet positive mindset when communicating with different person (clients, colleagues, business partners and etc). I am computer literate and I am a skillful driver with a valid driving license.
