- Fully responsibility on site, manage daily
- Involve in infra works to upgrade existing road under JKR project which is a total sub-project and lump sum which is a design and build. The project is including bridge flyover about 1km and earthwork about 3km with total coast value RM295 mil. My role in this project to report with management and advice the management about financial progress, physical including material planning. To ensure site in order and good condition and all team, subcontractor concern about safety public user. Monitoring work schedule and CPM. Monitoring all documents submission, including method of statement, Safety plan monitoring, environment plan monitoring, and Traffic management plant. To identify site concern and planning our works in design stage. To check and balance our financial schedule with physical schedule works. Advice to management about technical part. Liaise with JKR about the works progress, documentation. To present monthly works progress to JKR in monthly progress meeting every month. To ensure our evaluation claim with JKR is correct in JKR evaluation meeting. To ensure all staff play their role and achieve the target planning works with physical and financial progress.

- Post position at project Dash highway with total cost project Rm425mil. My role at this project to assist my Section Manager and Senior Project Manager to handle and manage site issues such as a drawing, to solve site problems, manage machinery and equipment at site and assign daily work to my Engineer and supervisor. To ensure weekly target and monthly target by project planner were set target by Senior Project Manager. To get an achievement at the same time monitoring the cash flow progress claim. Monitoring and solve utility relocation work such as a TIME cable, 11KV electrical cable, 33KV electrical cable and raw water relocation before start physical works. Planning the progress precast product was needed to deliver at site for superstructure work such as a T-Beam, U-beam, and pier mold system and cross head mold system. Also ensure all equipment and drawing are ready at site such as a scaffolding work were use modular system. To monitor and ensure all staff dedicated such as engineer, supervisor and riggers team are follow their rule and follow our planning works. Liaise with consultant for progress work and sequence including method statement. Liaise with authority such as LLM for permit works, present the monthly site progress at site during site visit/inspection. Update and present monthly progress with consultant and client during monthly progress meeting.
