Installation and support the broadband project for MCMC (Government project for northern region that uses VSAT for their internet connection) and support the maintenance for MOE projects (Projectors). Upgraded the POS version for 7-11 for 4 Server model (NEC Express Server 5800/110 EG, NEC Express server 5800/110 EI, NEC Express server 5800/110 GD and NEC Express server 5800/110 GE). Providing high level phone and onsite technical support during business and after hours on a roster. Work closely with the operational and tele-services teams, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met . Provide first-level tech support to end users customers. In-house SEM (7-11 Malaysia) machine, Server, PC, HHT and other equipment staging and testing.
