Execute activities to comply to stakeholders requirements during project execution such as DOSH, local authorities, Energy Commission, etc.

Execute and implement all project coordination including outage and commissioning, project activities and take stern action to ensure delivery of works by vendors and contractors are of high quality, ahead of time and within contractual requirement.

Conduct and execute project/program activities for grid infrastructure projects, risk management, contract management

• Analyze, detail out and verify work program, risk management and project team cost disbursement submitted by contractor
• Warrant contractor to comply to contract requirement
• Conduct progress meeting
• Evaluate contractor’s performance

Implement safety activities by ensuring the vendors and contractors comply to the contract and regulatory requirement

Prepare project cost disbursement for the project

• Ensure availability and requirement of budget cost disbursement as per plan
• Identify healthiness of the budget through out the project for that financial year

Identify and plan resources activities to minimize project management cost (P&L)

• Ensure CAPEX is utilize as per cost disbursement plan
• To verify project progress claim as per site progress
