• For East Malaysia region for Malaysian Royal Armed Forces Network Centric Operation Systems
• Deploy and maintains application and system platform.
• Managed around 15 sites in East Malaysia Region which covered Royal Malaysian Armed Forces, Royal Malaysian Air Force and Royal Malaysian Navy with 6 man team members
• Performed scheduled monthly preventive maintenance for all sites
• Suggested process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency

• Administer & operate Telecom Malaysia's Network Monitoring System platform
• Deploy product enhancements & bug fixes including in-house and vendor delivered patches, hot fixes and service packs
• Develop specific solution to meet clients requirement such as customized reports, key performance indicators and automation works.
• Handled at least 10+ case per day for different networks monitored in Telecom Malaysia
• Performed preventive maintenance on network system, maintaining average uptime of 99.9%
