• Coordinate with veterinarians for vaccination schedules, disease prevention, and treatment.
• Monitor flock health and report any abnormalities.
• Ensure proper sanitation and disinfection of facilities.

• Supervise nest management to ensure clean and high-quality hatching eggs.
• Monitor egg collection, storage, and transportation to hatcheries.
• Maintain records of egg production, fertility, and hatchability rates.

• Work with nutritionists to formulate balanced breeder diets.
• Ensure proper feed distribution to maintain body condition and egg production.
• Monitor feed conversion ratios (FCR) and adjust as needed.
