• Perform the routine checking of all safety equipment to ensure operability and availability of the equipment in compliance with HSE rules, regulation and procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems and restore normal operating conditions to ensure continuous operations.
• Plan and manage stock inventory of materials and consumables for production requirement.
• Assist Lead Production Technician as an operation liaison, co-ordinate the production, maintenance and project activities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist other trades and disciplines as required within the limits and capabilities and experience to meet maintenance/operation requirements.
• Perform in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan / Procedure Manual.

3)Daily Routine Jobs.

4)Start Up And Troubleshoot Oil / Gas / Utility System.

5)Process/Mechanical isolation authority

• Assist Commissioning For : - Gas Injection System - Flash Gas Compressor - Water Injection - High Pressure Compressor (HPC Unit) - Glycol System.

• Implementing Maintainability facility culture with optimized and organizing all Maintenance activities as per MIE KPI & requirements (Optimizing on SAP System, Planning & Work Execution) - Role as a WPE for Process/Production Team .
• Implementing Maintenance Continuous Improvement culture by Initiate process and equipment root-cause failure analysis & proactive work execution improvement to sustain maintainability of facility.
• Ensuring & coordinating all work pack for PM & CM a 100% ready all the time including & following MIE & SAP system (WPSE) - including spare parts availability, manpower requirement, job planning and time frame execution window as referring to MOPO.
• Fully involved on Turnaround planning & system upgrading campaign and project execution Prepare Permit to work (E-PTW).

• Operate and maintain oil production 110Kbpd and export 110kbpd
• Operate and maintain Gas reinjection system as part of recovery / preservation / maintain monthly flaring target
• Operate and maintain waterflood system 100kbpd and quality DO
• Operate and maintain all utilities system

• Planning and coordinate with Subsea CRO and BCO during any activities instruction from onshore to reduce tie plan shutdown or prevent unplanned plant shutdown.
