Azam Raduan

Assigned as the Head of the Programme and Activities department under Mathtition, an initiative in the University of Malaya Mathematical Association (UMMA) dedicated to organizing math competitions.

Semester 1: We have successfully conducted UM x USM Twist KenKen. My contributions include:
- Planning the tentative and flow of the event
- Oversee preparation relevant teaching and activity materials
- Securing accommodation for committee members
- Securing sponsorship and leading a team of 12 from Yayasan Sime Darby

Semester 2: Integral Bee and Olympiad

Under the Security and Hospitality Team, I was assigned various speakers in different events, including Sh. Ali Hammuda, Sh. Yahya Ibrahim, Sh. Wael Ibrahim, and Sh. Adnaan Menk. Assigned tasks include assistance and tending to the speakers' needs, ushering, and crowd control.

Assigned under Jawatankuasa Kesukarelawanan, Academic Session of 2023/2024 as the Deputy Director for the department's programmes.

Throughout my tenure, I have:

- Conducted Deen Teen, a solat workshop targeted at children and teenagers at PPR Pantai Permai
- Led the Programme and Activities department in materials preparation and tentative writing
- Successfully pitch and attract a speaker for one of the slots
- Co-direct MYSaveFood, a collaboration between Harmoni UM and Pemuda GEMA to tackle food waste issues and the rising cost of living issues in Ramadan.
- Led a team of 10-20 people in engaging with local vendors at the local bazaar to promote the program
- Delivered 40 - 60 kilograms worth of food daily to the local tarawih congregation for one week.
