Research
The Effect of Breathing Exercise On Low Back Pain: A Systematic Review, This thesis is about the effectiveness of breathing exercise as a treatment in reducing low back pain. The thesis is systematic review which our objective to determine the effectiveness of breathing exercise in reducing low back pain within available literature. The present study show that breathing exercise is effective in order to reduce back pain, however there were no specific technique or mechanism of breathing exercise that been used to reduce back pain.
