- Led and managed overall PSEP Partner Audit for SK407 & Kumang PSC which was conducted simultaneously

- Developed COB audit status pack for consolidated update to Head of Malaysia Finance through collaboration with various parties.

- Main PSC audit focal for PCSB overall - acted as an intermediary between accountants and auditors, ensure all audit queries reverted on time by establishing new process to monitor queries & samples submission by focal from respective departments

• Led collaboration on sharing of lesson learnt for Partner Audit and proposed improvements for more effective audit management in terms of cost allocation and CJI3 provision to auditors
• Performed entitlement simulation for Bekok Oil Infill Project under IBO Scope with reclassification of RM801,562,049.34 oil to gas cost bank to enhance and recover more oil cost via gas cost bank
• Successful Recoupment of Supplemental Payment (SP) and Research Cess (RC) Overpayment Through Balingian Restatement of Accounts for 2015-2017 (RM1.7mill)
• Performed monthly analysis on revenue and SP RC trending (crude & condy) for PSCs under purview

• Monitoring budget and performance of CAPEX for PSCs under purview (D35/D21/J4 PSC, BDO EOR PSC, SK407 PSC), prepared monthly performance analysis (MMR, MER) as well as monthly project doability and performance pack, for presentation to management
• Perform monthly VOWD for monitoring of project progress against planned CPB & WPB, to ensure project is progressing as planned and still within budget
• JV Partner Management

- Secretariat for Cost Recovery Committee (CRC) meeting for D35/D21/J4 and BDO EOR PSC - produced pack for circulation prior to meeting, moderated meeting and produce minutes post meeting.

- Accommodated and handled early payment request by partner, monthly cash call requests as well as cash call analysis against JIB for partner's consumption

• Audit focal for EY PSC audit, JV partner audit as well as MPM audit - acted as intermediary between accountants and auditors
• Appointed to assist JV audit team to conduct audit on PDM (Roc Oil) on AFE and WPB Management areas, while maintaining current portfolio and BAU
• Performed CFFO Roadmap analysis for PCSB where analysis need to be done to determine whether 50% improvement in PCSB CFFO can be met in 2025.

In charge of drilling materials management, ins and outs of materials from supply bases to drilling platforms.

• Monitor materials movements once surplus materials return to supply bases, perform stock take annually to ensure items in supply bases / yard tallies to system records.
• In charge of surplus materials movements reclass (to other PSC takers, third party buyers or for disposal as scrap to third party company)
• Developed DMAP (Drilling Materials Accounting Procedure) to embed all guidelines required for materials management in Petronas Carigali, including necessary accounting entries for materials reclass/disposals to ensure correct accounting entries are posted in SAP
• JV Partner Management

- successfully recouped non-payment and wrong charging from JV partners amounting to RM16.9 Mill

• Audit Management

- Main focal for all partner audits relating specifically to materials, successfully dropped all findings (including long outstanding findings) accordingly during audit

• Enhancement of SMF (Surplus Materials Transfer Form) for Materials Transfer which has led to completeness assurance for WBS provided as well as shorten overall process time to issue tax invoice, to meet GST requirement of tax invoice issuance in 21 days after materials has been transferred.

• Monitoring budget and performance for OPEX and CAPEX of PSCs under purview (Dulang & Sepat PSC), prepared monthly performance pack for consumption of management
• Audit focal for EY PSC audit - acted as intermediary between accountants and auditors, distributed audit queries to all accountants timely
• JV & Business Finance Support - Developed presentation pack for ease of CPB monitoring and reference as requested by GM - Drove and led creation of template to track billing (back-charging) to MPM on monthly basis - Assisted and advised project team on sole risk arrangement for Enau& Arenga project under PM318 PSC - Lead recovery of disputed costs for Sepat Gas Redevelopment Project amounting to RM14,890,559.82
• Consolidated and performed review session with project team on WPB numbers and activities planned to be registered and submitted to MPM, to ensure all activities planned for year is cost recovered with MPM
