  • Reduced inventory discrepancy information at physical count result vs system generated inventory report, from 5% to less than 1% on total inventory holding, with the avoidance of potential stock write off up to GBP 200k every quarter. This was achieved through ensuring any stock movement outstanding is to be cleared 2 working days before physical count begins.
