- Company Overview: Refinery and fractionation manufacturing plant.
- Responsible for ensuring all production activities comply with all sales business demands in efficient and lean ways, without compromising customer requirements and food safety aspects for palmitic and soft oil plants (refinery and fractionation).
- Ensure targets for plant efficiency, production yields, product quality, utility, and OT costings are met daily, which complies with all legal, safety, and quality standards, such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and FSSC requirements.
- Oversee production planning, and coordinate production scheduling to meet shipment dates without any delay.
- Responsible for updating all corrective actions taken from findings during the interval and external audit.
- Fine-tune all production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and yield.
- To train all production personnel and junior engineers on new production processes and related updates.
- Generate month-end reports for OT, breakdowns, and plant performances for the head of the factory and the plant manager to review.
- Ensure that raw material is sufficient at all times for the plant process to avoid any unwanted stoppages at the plant.
- Liaise closely with the maintenance and technical team to ensure the designated plant achieved high process reliability and production targets.
