Project Involvement

From design to commissioning:

1) Refurbished idle distillation plant into functional ester purification plant.

2) Installation and startup of stripping column in the ester plant to enhance product purity and recovery.

3) Addition of raw material tanks and transfer pipelines in tank

farm expansion to support increased production throughput.

3) Involved in new TFE project line for oleobasic glycerine plant contributing to process design review, equipment specification, and coordination from installation to commissioning.

• Engaged in customer-facing technical support, complaint handling, and product application demonstrations across Japan, Mongolia, Thailand, Taiwan, Brunei, and the Philippines.
• Handle customer inquiries, conduct customer site visits and liaise with commercial team for troubleshooting customer complaints or inquiries.
• Technical Presentation for customers on product specs and installation/maintenance guidelines.
• Update monthly product standard costing for sales team (Final Goods Cost before margin) - Upkeep and creation of ITEMs and BOMs for Microsoft NAV (ERP), Working closely with finance and production team.
• Acts as a bridge for technical (Quality/R&D) and sales teams for knowledge transfer.
• Organize and carry out production trials in order to successfully transfer the team's technical development from the laboratory bench to commercialization.
• Preparation of Technical Datasheet, Material Safety Datasheet and Technical Bulletins/ Guidelines for company products.

• Addressing customer complaints (Schedule technical testing and drafting a technical letter or report to support customer's requests)
• Source out raw material suppliers for product development/ improvement projects.

• Involve in marketing product branding and product description writeup for brochures and website newsletter.
• Evaluate product line and carry our product positioning and segmentation.
• Perform computer aided drafting and design work for test assemblies using software such as Autocad / to support research and development work.
• Involve in characterization product specs for polyurethane product, upscaling lab scale to production pilot reactor.
• Involve in reviewing testing standards for product qc/application testing and procurement of lab equipment/machineries.
• Involve in designing Natural Infill Project formulation (R&D project)
• Customize formulation and calculating costing for specialize custom product.
• Updating monthly customer complaint log with action plans to Asia Pacific CEO.
