- Attend face-to-face negotiation meeting (together with, FBT Sourcing Practitioners, Category Manager and Business Facing Team) with the Suppliers to discuss on the deviations/redlines raised by the Suppliers.
- Provide legal opinion on the contractual issues raised by FBT Sourcing Practitioners.
- Conduct trainings/presentations/clinic to FBT Sourcing Practitioners on BP’s templates and other contracting processes.

- Assisted the firm in advising a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Ministry of Finance in an arbitration for a claim of RM400 million.
- Assisted the firm in advising a local bank on legal aspects concerning the proposed VSS/MSS to be undertaken by the bank, the right steps or actions to be taken by the bank should the bank decide to proceed with the proposed VSS/MSS and the required process and documentation concerning the proposed VSS/MSS.
