a. Lead the Diploma in Business IT Department (since 2007 till 2012):

  • Pioneered the accreditation of the Diploma in Business IT program under Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (LAN).
  • Developed a comprehensive checklist for academic teaching files aligned with MQA requirements.
  • Assisted Design School and DSM with their accreditation processes.
  • Established an alumni checklist and follow-up methods.

b. Saito Business School (SBS) Leadership (2012 - May 2020):

  • Managed Saito Business School, overseeing eight programs, including the development of the Diploma in HRM.

c. Managed work and study for all Saito Business School students (2012 – till Feb 2020)

  • Prepared checklist and managed a pool of employers for two types of job placements.
  • Flex based job.
  • Actual placement (programme based)
  • Implemented a method of compiling and keeping in touch with the pool of employers for students.
  • Train students before sending for any type of job placements.

d. Initiated International Internships and managed Management Trainees at Safeguards HQ

e. Foundation Programme Development:

  • Initiated and implemented the Foundation Programme at Saito UC.
  • Developed Programme Guidelines for all SBS programs.
