• Perform daily check on the incoming transaction recorded in Warehouse Management System.

• Check, Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the Warehouse Management System.
• To receive instruction from Warehouse Manager and work with Inventory Supervisor on random picked item for daily stock check activities, the criteria to be checked are:

(a) Expiry date

(b) Non-conforming products

(c) Physical quantity against book quantity

(d) High value items

(e) Damaged stocks (due to mishandling)

(f) Stock rotation

• Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records for all location.
• Responsible for stock adjustment for quantity, expiry etc as and when required.
• Assist and update Superior to investigate, identify and reconcile the cycle count discrepancy.
• Monitor inventory movement according to FEFO (domestic picking) / LIFO (export picking).
• Ensure all the cycle count record, daily stock check and monthly stock count documents proper filling for further reference.
• Conduct Monthly Stock Count.
