  • Manage and coordinate Commercial Cards' client implementations involving a wide range of commercial card products according to instructions from sales staff and established service level agreements.
  • Responsible for assessing clients' needs, processing product enrollment and service specifications.
  • Responsible to monitor timely submission of monthly reporting to Compliance team, Group, Business Partners.
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings with prospects and business partners, serving as a resource to describe the implementation process and customer service capabilities.
  • Guide all aspects of implementations with the sales team covering documentation, due diligence, product/service implementation, end-to-end testing of products and files, report requirements, user training and service.
  • Ensure a quality and timely implementation in accordance to the timeline set with clients.
  • Establish and develop close working relationships with card scheme and all colleagues, particularly Commercial Card & Wholesale Banking sales RM, technical team, product management, and all operational department to facilitate smooth and timely implementations.
  • Attend client site visits and manage and deliver on-site implementation presentation when needed.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Manager to increase business and enhance existing products.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline procedures, increase implementation efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure client onboarding and existing clients' due diligence review meet Compliance requirement.
  • Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
