Ø To ensure product conformance to quality standards and customer’s specification

Ø To have continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures.

Ø To provide support to production on any quality issues.

Ø To maintain and update quality performance monitoring chart.

Ø To evaluate of customer MRB / RMA rejects

Ø To work with Project Team on evaluate processes, materials on new projects.

Ø To plan, coordinate and implement repairs, modifications and improvements for tooling and molds.

Ø To design, draw CAD parts / molds for fabrication.

• Participate in the development of Prefabrication Manufacturing Standard (PMS) and
assignment of special product characteristics
• Report and drawing produce as senior manager require in key status to be done
• Chair and conduct mold tooling design review with the Engineering, Operation and Quality
engineering
• Maintain a proper system and documentation in line with the tooling acceptance
requirement for release to operation from outsource vendor/ main contractor
• Debug significant complex problems in new systems, tooling and automation
• Setting quality objectives for mould fabrication in each line
• Workshop controlling on tools, equipement and materials stock balance and proper
arrangements
• Corrective and preventive actions for each failure on mould functioning and resolve
technical issue related to production / project enquiry
• Coordination and work arrangements daily basis need to be record related to all manpower
task and activities
• Understanding of molding failure modes

• Designing crane especially in Overhead Crane,Monorail Crane and Jib Crane calculation.
• Design runway for the girder with information given
• JKKP Submissions for the crane.
• Coordinate crane installations in site
