As project engineer having experience of OFHC, copper wire drawing plant installation, Copper tube plant starting from Melting casting till Bright annealing furnace installation & commissioning, managing operations and quality.

• Responsible for installation and commissioning of entire copper rod & wire plant.
• Responsible for installation and commissioning of Bright annealing furnace for the copper tube plant.
• Contributed to 40% prompt resolution of quality issues in production departments, resulting in improved product quality, and enhanced productivity, ultimately benefiting the business with cost savings and customer satisfaction.
• Improved process Cpk from 1.2 to 1.5 through conducting studies, reducing defects by 15% and streamlined production by 15% through innovative way of automating processes.

• Installation and commissioning of Bright annealing furnace for copper tube, Project Manager, Part of core team member for the entire cast & Roll copper tube plant. Single handedly managed installation, commissioning and heat treatment cycle design for the bright annealing furnace.
• Installation and commissioning of Eddy current system for copper tube plant, Project Manager, Eddy current and ultrasonic tube inspection systems. Reduced scrap across 3 tube-production lines by 12% through batch-level ECT standardization and frequency tuning.
• Installation & commissioning of OFHC plant, Project Engineer, Installation & commissioning of oxygen free high conductivity 8mm to 12.5mm copper rod plant at SIMS Copper Sdn Bhd Malaysia.
• Installation & commissioning of wire drawing plant, Project Engineer, Installing Rod breakdown, Intermediate & fine wire drawing plant with planning of pipelines, electrical connection, machine installation & commissioning & thereafter looking the operations, maintenance, cost control, resource planning etc at SIMS Copper Sdn Bhd Malaysia.
