- Team lead for Top Glove expansion project in Factory F31 to increase production output by 26% - Responsible for overall design, purchasing, positioning, installing, commissioning of Chemical preparation/Compounding department for 4 new production lines with potential net profit of RM504,000/month.
- Efficiently executed auto change compounding online tank - Managed procurement, installation and commissioning saving up to RM35,900/block by reducing labor dependence.
- Successfully implemented silicon auto dosing system at production line - Responsible for overall modified design, purchasing, installing and commissioning of the system that save cost by RM20,160/year.
- Triumphantly executed of auto stirrer speed control for Compounding tanks - Led the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of an automated stirrer speed control system, delivering cost savings of up to RM18,000/year.
