Worked as Product Quality Engineer and Lean consultant for Continental Automotive Components, a subsidiary of reputed German based Continental Automotive Group specialized in producing Electronic Clusters, Body Control Modules, ECUs for Airbag, ESC units and other parts for the automotive industry.

Customer Handling

• Experience on handling customers like Mahindra&Mahindra, Maruthi Suzuki, Daimler, Hyundai . Direct interaction with the customers during PPAP audit, MSES audits and other customer audit. Monitoring and ensuring smooth PPAP build at production line with customer with PAPP approval.
• Discussion with customer regarding 0KM and Warranty complaints regarding the problem-solving approach.

Audit Management

Skilled in managing and participating in audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality management systems. Track record of achieving favorable audit outcomes.

• Managed internal and external audits like 5S, VDA, MSES, PPAP, Line release audits and customer audits.
• External Lead 5S BIC auditor at Continental Automotive – Penang, Malaysia.
• Awarded 5S BIC certification for the “Kaizen Institute”
• Lead Auditee during external audits from Kaizen Institute, PPAP, line release and VDA.
• Lead Auditor of monthly Shopfloor Management System audit (SFMS) .

Leadership and Trainings

• Collaboration with Global team (Location: Budapest) for e-Standard work implementation.
• Organizer of 3 days activity of Jishuken workshop including – pre workshop data analysis, OMT (Output Monitoring Tool), Video software analysis and YAMAZUMI.
