• Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Service Centre, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to identify trends and issues
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
• Control the company assets and develop a methodology to ensure timely recording of transactions, accurate valuation of assets and inventories are recorded as per the Malaysian
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts for the CFO and ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs

• Responsible for preparing timely consolidated financial reports of the Group
• The group includes Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China & Hong Kong
• Facilitate and optimize financial reporting within the Group and subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in reporting formats and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS, MFRS, SFRS, SAK)
• Oversea day-to-day's financial operations matters
• Preparation of tax return forms and other relevant documents including corporate tax return, indirect tax return, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax incentives, etc
• Work closely with the CFO on group financial planning of the Group, including budget, cash flow forecast and trend analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reports, financial audit and tax returns
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and other statutory bodies/authorities
• Bank reconciliations, and other supporting schedules and worksheets
• Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal secretarial and tax matters

• Managing day-to-day financial accounting matters
• Assist in daily / monthly report generation including month end / year end closing reporting procedures
• Handles daily accounting matters such as accounting journals, bank reconciliations and other relating accounting matters
