Led en-to-end leasing function, including early-stage retail planning and positioning, establishing leasing documentation frameworks, securing tenants and overseeing execution through to opening of the mall.
  • Returned to the business in October 2006 as Head, Leasing overseeing the leasing function of all malls in Singapore, responsible for identifying asset enhancement opportunities alongside the Asset Managers and leading repositioning strategies including trade mix optimisation to drive performance.
