Rework Improvement Project (Cell 2), Reduce PECVD rework from 0.80% to 0.20%

Key person for wafer rework reduction from 0.80% to 0.20% by identifying PECVD process issues caused by mishandling, wrong recipe, process parameter deviation, and poor detection for faulty conditions. 

Defect Improvement Project (Cell 2), Reduce PECVD color uniformity defect from 0.80% to 0.10%. Enhanced production yield by driving deposition uniformity defect reduction from 0.80% to 0.10%. 


May 2023 - Nov 2023

Lean Manufacturing Project (Cell 3), Reduce PECVD rework from 2.3% to 1.2%. 

Lead the team which consist of cross functional group for rework improvement. Key department involved is Process, Equipment and Manufacturing. Focusing on machine on scheduled PM, hardware maintenance, RF module upgrade, process recipe optimization, AOI recipe optimization and faulty part identification trough mapping method.
