Led the project team in adopting full AGILE methodology, completing the project in 10 sprints within the planned timeline. Achieved cumulative man-hour savings of 314.75 hours per year. Developed 5 new wage types to comply with Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB) / Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) tax reporting requirements, ensuring compliance for Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) for 28 impacted staff and avoided fines amounting to RM560,000. Led the mass change in Global Mobility Internal Remuneration Packages for about 300 staff members per cycle due to changes in Employee Providence Fund (EPF) Employee Rates. Responded to government directives during the COVID-19 economic situation, adjusting EPF rates from 11% to 9% and back to 11%.
