• Successfully collaborated with business and technical teams in one of the biggest system migration projects for the company's primary MES system and currently represents NXP Malaysian branch as BA for one of the newly migrated systems.
• Provided production support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to stakeholders, ensured all reported incidents resolved in the shortest time possible.
• Fully participated in creating technical documents and solutions for system change request (CR) including technical spec, test case scenarios for SIT and UAT, perform testing and Buy-Off, preparing presentation deck, and presenting during CAB.
• Conducted system analysis and implementation to maintain and improve computer systems.
• Generate system operation visualization reports using Power BI for performance assessment by the technical and business teams.
• Collaborated with an extensive technical team mainly based in Malaysia, India, Bangkok, Tianjin, and Kaohsiung to optimize the company's production system.

Actively participated in the IBM Tax Audit & Compliance System and Hasil Power Data 2 project, which focused on the implementation of machine learning to improve tax analysis and accomplished a few things, including:

• Verified data attributes for data lake execution on Teradata Studio
• Successfully converted SQL scripts to Python using shell script.
