1. Implement and execute sales training and development program to build functional competencies of sales associates in assigned territory.
2. Track and monitor associates skills development over time, lead communication and alignment with STL/TSM/RSM on development needs of each team member and the respective training and development plan
3. Conduct classroom trainings, online classes or execute on-the-job (OJT) to field sales associates in assigned territory as per training needs.
4. Train sales associates on usage of sales tools and any other instrument to measure sales execution quality in the trade.
