The motion sensors enable lights to activate only when humans or machinery are present, while other sensors adjust lighting levels based on natural light intensity which will resulted reduction in carbon emissions . Overall energy costs saving annual RM150K
  • Implement Safety Cast Virtual Sign Projectors in warehouse operation as to eliminate floor tape, epoxy paint, adhesive safety labels and acrylic for safety signage, which easily be obscured by machinery or wear over time. This to eliminate safety signage is not prominently displayed, deploying manpower to replace, painting etc. Sign Projectors no maintenance and won’t need to worry about replacing damaged signs on your floors or walls. These projectors are designed to display clear safety signs in high traffic areas and at where there are potential hazards, which help in reducing the MHE accidents from yearly total recordable incident from 10 case to 2 cases and near miss incident from 25 reduce to 8 cases at warehouse operation
  • Lead the successfully implement the electronic loog-book and MES (Manufacturing execution system) project. To improves the dispensing process quality control , reduces inventory, reduce human error and the costs.

  • Lead the client project to migrating the SAP WM system to SAP EWM system. Including managing overall new system training, changing the part labels for all the SKU’s in warehouse picking location, Implement new handheld scanners and new label printers in process . By maintain zero inventory lost and successfully complete the system migration within plan timeline and budgeted project expenses.
  • Design and implement new picking trolley in warehouse operation for new SAP EWM system (SAP). The trolleys were integrated with barcode scanners and label printer, which help ensure correct part are picked via orders and reduce the picking errors.. Likewise to Improve the picking efficiency by 20% as it reduces overall picking time by minimizing unnecessary movement, Improve the ergonomics as the trolleys easy to maneuver in aisle , help to reduce picking operators fatigue and injury risk.
  • Successfully implement warehouse labor management system (Warehouse Digitalization) for real-time data gathering system , increased interconnectivity of overall warehouse processes , gives a solutions for MHE mobility and improve the people-technology connection. Overall improve in MHE picking process (Bulk Items) efficiency by 5%.
  • Initiated and implement a cost reduction project in In-direct material usage, pricing, optimized packing method by recycling the carton box and redesign carton boxes. Overall cost saving estimated RM400K annual.
  • Effectively implement Geek Plus autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for moving the binning trolleys from receiving bays to designated binning areas in warehouse. This project ultimately to automated the material handling and to improve the binning process productivity. Overall manpower reduction in material transferring from receiving sorting process to binning location 0 headcounts which resulted annual cost saving of RM240K,
  • To promote environmental sustainability, reduce carbon emissions, and achieve cost savings, a company can implement an eco-friendly packaging strategy that includes a wooden pallet cycling system where used pallets are reused to create wooden crates for shipment, alongside incorporating biodegradable packaging materials in the packing process
