Performance-driven Vice President with 20+ years experience in the financial industry. Have spent over 10 years in managing operations and over 8 years leading the People Development and Training function for the company. In addition, have been tapped to lead large scale projects and systems implementations for the organization.


My experience in the finance industry (both in retail and in wholesale banking), extensive experience in actual operations, and experience in project management complement my training background in that, as head of people development and training, I know exactly what the challenges on the ground are.


I have been on both sides and therefore am able to define and design training strategy and organizational training programs that are relevant and effective, and that resonate with stakeholders and the entire organization.
