HR Manager or related field Human Resources Executive with 22 years of progressive HR experience and advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation, recruitment and employee relations. Engages with HR service providers and suppliers on HR systems, payroll, insurance and training and development to promote high performing organization with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff and sound financial resources. Maintains strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude with excellent organization and interpersonal skills to excel in multi-cultural environment.
1. Execute HR policy and procedure throughout company.
2. Give counseling further to social security service, health care card and workmen compensation fund
claim and do all welfare admin tasks.
3. Attend to and process customer enquiries and requests on disciplinary and grievance procedures ie.
Investigation of grievance and complaint of unfair disciplinary measures in order to secure
professional treatment of these activities.
4. Establish and maintain satisfactory employee relation.
5. Conduct exit interview as assigned.
6. Provide for statistical information/report to support management control i.e. turnover.
7. Ensure the timely and accurate employee record in database as well as regular report i.e. attendance
record, leaves, resignation.
8. Responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments relation to the employee relations/communication
programs/company activities as they deem necessary.

I've spent my free time being Thai interactive teacher to foreigners, they are not only practice speaking, listening, reading Thai but they can learn Thai culture during my class, making new friends and feeling proud of being Thai and being host when they visit our country.
