  • This project goal is to implement E-Invoicing following government’s vision to digitalize and unifying invoices processes and submission to IRBM
  • was taken in to facilitate the requirement gathering process of the project and deployment of the project as this project does has a tight timeline
  • This project is very new but I kept on pushing forward by referring to SAP notes, IRBM guidelines and colleagues on things that he didn’t understands
  • Prepares the manuals and test script for HLMI during documentation phase
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies for addressing complex business challenges.

Function Consultant

  • This project goal is to implement S4H Cloud from AX system
  • Was taken in to facilitate the building progress of the project
  • Stronghold in AP, AR and GL module, with another task simultaneously
  • Plans and manages the task according to the deadline
  • Replies inquiries from the business, handles meetings and discussions on topics such as cross company code transaction, semantic tags, financial statement versions
  • Ashraf always being a helping hand on any side tasks that has been given, showing willing to learn and resilient to challenges
  • Supports data team to manage errors and issue during mock data load, completes set up of prerequisite steps prior load
  • Facilitated workshops with stakeholder groups to gain consensus on priorities and approaches for tackling identified issues or opportunities.
  • Also responsible in delivering SIT1 and SIT2 in given time period
  • Success to able to deliver those tasks on time are simply because of able to make a proper plan.

Application/Automation Tester

  • Main goal is to deliver SIT and manage other testing requests
  • Ashraf delivered R2R ERP project System Integration Testing deliveries for Vistra phases (US&NL, IE, CF)
  • This task includes planning, building, managing and improvising automated test scripts for SIT run that needs changes
  • Works side by side with the functional team to handle raised defects
  • Responsible to download, manage and update the scripts executed as test evidence into the shared folder
  • Trains added resources that help in CF SIT testing which has a tight testing period
  • Schedule regression testing bi-yearly post upgrades, aware of each upgrade new features.

  • The goal of this project is to move from ECC6 to SAP FIORI
  • This is his first project that relates to FIORI
  • Biggest contribution in the project is to handle the data migration
  • Handling three main company codes that have three different industries
  • Consults users on change requests and new requirements
  • One of the processes such as review and assess the design, implementation, testing, and deployment needs to identify project requirements
  • Post go live, he managed continuous support and replies to tickets in a given time
  • Escalated complex or unresolved cases to appropriate departments or higher-level technicians as needed, ensuring thorough follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Main skill learnt from this project is to manage people and convince them.
