Handle ticketing, 1st level troubleshoot for any problem coming from support email, network administration, escalate email to 2nd or 3rd level

and hanling customer or client through email

Preventive & Maintenance, Make first configuration (Gateway, NAT IP, subnet, DNS), backup and restore for configuration and cluster, troubleshoot each of client disconnect issue

• Point-To-Point (PTP) and Access Point (AP)

Troubleshooting via remote or onsite, installing and maintain devices in good condition and online

• Installation

Installations, troubleshooting and maintaining all fiber optic in premises to working optimally

• Inspection

Performing inspections to make sure that the fiber optic systems do not have defects, constructing a proper splice case as well as preparing and maintaining records, diagrams and schematics relating to the splice case.

• Preventive Maintenance

Performed maintaining equipment and software for users consist of various equipment, performed documentation for each task given and will be given to the management for verify process with Jabatan Kerja Raya.

• Configure System & Hardware

Performing configuration for system or hardware that are in need and would be supervised by the engineer that are on duty.

• Troubleshooting / Support

Performing troubleshooting for user which having a problem with software or hardware and provide Level 1 support for usually IT related problem
