• CP07 LP Compression Rejuvenation Project is highly complex LP compression upgrade project for CP07 LP Compressor Trains (GT4,5 & 6), high cost (>175 M USD) with detailed design starting in 2018 and execution starting in 2020 and completed in Q3 2024.
• Successfully completed execution of GT5 USD 2024 and CPCA07 TA 2024 scopes, duration of 5 months with over 80,000 execution manhours expanded within approved budget and ahead of schedule.
• Successfully planned, monitor readiness and spearheaded execution of 2022 and 2023 Champion 07 TSD/CPCB07 TA, GT4 USD 2023, and GT5 Mini USD 2023 as per scope and well within agreed schedule.

• Responsible Platform Engineer for delivery of drawing package (PEFS, CEM, PFS and PSFS) for CPFB07 and CPPP07 for project including Key Document Approval (KDAs) with Technical Authorities.

Engineering Contractor for The LNG Regasification Facilities (RGT-2 Terminal) Project at Pengerang, Johor (January 2015 – September 2016)

• Engineering sub-contractor for the provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of RGT-2 Terminal. Project team is responsible in performing detailed engineering of the regasification facility. Direct client is Samsung C&T as the EPCC Contractor for Petronas Gas Berhad.
• Support to the project Process Team responsible in ensuring process integrity of regasification facility. Main responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring the timely production of P&ID’s, line lists, producing hydraulic calculations for equipment and line sizing, and participation in P&ID Review and HAZOP workshop.
• Added complexities to the project are the cryogenic temperatures of main process fluids and the requirement for built-in flexibility for plant to operate in various operation modes.

Conceptual Study for Sepat Oil & Gas Integrated Project (August 2014 – December 2014)

• Performed conceptual study for the integration of Sepat Oil and Sepat Gas Platform.
• Responsible for production of PFD’s and P&ID’s for the various integration options.

Carbon Footprint Assessment Study for Sepat Oil & Gas Integrated Project (August 2014 – September 2014)

• Performed carbon footprint assessment to evaluate impact of CO2 and NOx emissions throughout platform lifecycle due to venting and flaring at Sepat Oil & Gas Integrated facility.

Project Management Services for SEPAT Gas Development Project FEED Competition (June 2013 – August 2014)

• Part of PMC team providing Project Management Services for the provision of Front End Engineering Design of the SEPAT Gas Development Project. Effectively, PMC is responsible in evaluating the provision of FEED by three EPCIC bidders and ensuring the bidder’s designs are technically sound and meet requirements of various Company and Industrial standards.
• Support to the Process Team responsible in reviewing and approving more than 2000 technical documents/ deliverables and technical queries for FEED Competition. Main responsibilities include drafting of Technical Notes and Tender Bulletin’s with regards to Process issues, ensuring Process Technical Queries were effectively closed out, and participating in various internal and external process discussions, HAZOP and SIL workshops.
• Added complexities to the project are the requirement for built-in flexibility for the offshore gas processing swing (intermittent full swing and hot standby) facility and the inclusion of an adjacent non-intermittent oil processing platform requiring to receive various utilities from the swing gas processing platform.
• Integral part of establishing PMC Document Control Team for the SEPAT Gas Development project. Trained and well versed with the PETRONAS Engineering Document Management System (P-EDMS), SmartPlant Foundation 2014 by Intergraph.

• Part of consultant team providing Turnaround Management Services including creation of standardized and streamlined approach in management of turnarounds of offshore assets and developing competency and providing training to enhance TA planning and preparation team capability in performing successful turnarounds.
