  • Added complexities to the project are the cryogenic temperatures of main process fluids and the requirement for built-in flexibility for plant to operate in various operation modes.

Conceptual Study for Sepat Oil & Gas Integrated Project (August 2014 – December 2014)

  • Part of PMC team providing Project Management Services for the provision of Front End Engineering Design of the SEPAT Gas Development Project. Effectively, PMC is responsible in evaluating the provision of FEED by three EPCIC bidders and ensuring the bidder’s designs are technically sound and meet requirements of various Company and Industrial standards.
  • Support to the Process Team responsible in reviewing and approving more than 2000 technical documents/ deliverables and technical queries for FEED Competition. Main responsibilities include drafting of Technical Notes and Tender Bulletin’s with regards to Process issues, ensuring Process Technical Queries were effectively closed out, and participating in various internal and external process discussions, HAZOP and SIL workshops.
  • Added complexities to the project are the requirement for built-in flexibility for the offshore gas processing swing (intermittent full swing and hot standby) facility and the inclusion of an adjacent non-intermittent oil processing platform requiring to receive various utilities from the swing gas processing platform.
  • Integral part of establishing PMC Document Control Team for the SEPAT Gas Development project. Trained and well versed with the PETRONAS Engineering Document Management System (P-EDMS), SmartPlant Foundation 2014 by Intergraph.
