   Leading 2 shift process operators around 50 people to running the mill process. For
  example from Fruit Fresh Bunches reception – Loading ramp-Sterilizers station-
  Thresher drum Station- Press station- Oil room- Kernel plant station – Boiler station.
   Major products are Crude palm oil-CPO and Palm kernel.
   For the boiler station palm oil mill, I do having 3 years experience of the annual
  inspection preparation and annual maintenance, deal with the JKKP government.
   I also get to know and how to servicing the air compressor at boiler station and
  sterilizer station.
   In palm oil mill, we are using water tube boiler with capacity 45mt per hours and
  steam turbine loaded 2000kw to generate the electricity supply to mill process.
   Attend the course and training AESP at Noish,Bintulu and passed exam be competent
  person working at confined space.
   Attend the FFB grading course and training, passed exam and be qualified grader to
  grade the quality of the fresh fruit bunches.
• 2. Fully in charge Palm oil mill maintenance for around 2 years.
   Leading 2 teams which are maintenance team and project team.
   For the maintenance team more likely to repair and servicing the machinery of the
  mill.
   For the project team is more likely to the fabrication for example; ribbon conveyor,
  cone, water tank, body conveyor and so on.
   Able troubleshooting to any minor breakdown of the mill and carry on the preventive
  maintenance of the mill.
   Meeting with management team and come out with planning jobs for one
  maintenance day in every month, and make sure the planning jobs is carry on
  smoothly.
