• Troubleshooted POS issues including receipt printers, KDS (kitchen screens), iPads, and self-order kiosks
• Did installation at customer sites, set up hardware, connected devices like printers, iPads, and kiosks
• Set IP addresses and ensured all devices were connected and working properly
• Integrated credit card terminal using IP, configured network settings so POS system can connect with CC terminal for payment
• Backed up POS data and transferred it to new POS systems, ensured menus, settings, and important data were saved and restored properly

• Handled printer queue setup, ensured each printer sent orders or receipts to the correct place (kitchen, bar, customer copy, etc)
• Taught customers basic inventory management, helped them add stock, check quantities, and use inventory features in the system
• Also learned some basic coding, like editing text in the receipt header

• As a technician in the semiconductor industry my role is involves maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, and performing quality checks.
