  • Demonstrated a high level of initiative and creativity while tackling difficult tasks. Revamped the dysfunctional new Aviation tire retreat plant in Thailand with the help of Global Aviation team by changing the layout and work processes to improve productivity from below 100 to above 140/day in 2019
  • Passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement. Worked closely with QTech to identify the waste problem and reduced the retreat finished goods waste from 19% to 3% in 2010
  • Participated in team projects, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively and effectively. Promote collaboration and established monthly call between Global Aviation and Thailand plant which helped Thailand plant to understand the demand of Global Aviation and gained more support

  • Managed the supply crisis during the 5 months factory closure caused by flood in Bangkok.
  • Made the decision with Thailand Manufacturing Director to lift all equipment in Retread plant by 2M height before the flood, flood reached 1.8M and no damage to all equipment. Reduce the restart time from 2 years to 5 months. Received Chairman reward from Goodyear CEO
  • Reduced the tire incident rate since 2019, managed the supply crisis during Thailand flood which helped to gain confidence with airlines in China
  • Secured 5 years supply contract of B737 with China Eastern and China Southern in 2012 which increased Goodyear Aviation tire market share in China from 10% to 30

Additional Information

Graduate of 1st Goodyear Global General Manager Development Program in 2019 which consists of 20 cohorts from Goodyear offices worldwide. This is a one year program to develop high potential talents in Goodyear which including 2 weeks training in Akron Ohio as well as one year coaching by external consultants.

Subsequently I was selected by Asia Pacific to be the Asia Champion for 2nd Goodyear General Manager Development Program in 2022. My duty including develop a new GM program and providing input to new syllabus of the New GM Development program. I was also assigned to work with all new cohorts from Asia Pacific and coach them during their development program
