Reading is my hobby since i was young and I always believe that through reading, it will help to widen up my knowledge as well as enhancing me in my career and presentation to the public. I do my reading whenever I have free times and would normally go for motivational and inspiring types of books, journals or magazines as I believe we need to keep on improving ourselves from time to time so as not to be left behind in this challenging and competitive world. Due to the curiosity in learning new things, that encourages me more in reading.
It is always says that "A Healthy Mind Breeds a Healthy Body and Vice Versa", so I think to practise a regular work out is mandatory in keeping your mind to work better and more efficiently. Thus, I normally do my work out in the gym for about an hour or 2 per day for almost 7 days week to keep my mind functioning well at all times.
Self enhancement is of utmost important in this challenging and competitive world so that you will not be left behind and able to contribute to the society to the full capabilities of yours and to that you will be able to find the self satisfactory.
