I'm a certified barista with over 5 years of hands-on experience at Starbucks, specializing in crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages and teas. I have completed the prestigious Coffee Master Program (CMP) under Starbucks’ professional certification, which deepened my expertise in coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer engagement.

Currently, I am working as a Coffee Shop Assistant at Coffee Smith, Singapore. My responsibilities include preparing a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, managing daily store operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling cashier duties, assisting in inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for customers. I also support training new staff on drink standards and customer service, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup served.
