• I am placed in Policy and Legislation Division where I provide legal advise, specializing in the drafting and review of policies and legislation pertinent to the Chief Registrar's Office of the Federal Court to ensure it is aligned with the Federal Constitution and other statutory provisions, fostering consistency and legal integrity in all initiatives.
• Moreover, I actively participate in parliamentary sessions alongside relevant agencies under the Prime Minister's Office, particularly concerning legislation relating to the judiciary. This engagement enables me to provide valuable insights and expertise, contributing to the formulation of robust legal frameworks and policies.
• In addition to my domestic focus, I offer advisory services concerning international legislation pertinent to judicial affairs. In this capacity, I ensure adherence to the Federal Constitution, domestic laws, and international legal standards, particularly in contexts where Malaysia is a Member State of international organizations. I also facilitate judicial cooperation initiatives, both bilaterally and multilaterally, fostering harmonious relations and legal cooperation on an international scale.

• I adeptly presided over Court Proceedings encompassing both criminal and civil cases, steadfastly ensuring meticulous adherence to legal protocols and promotion of fairness throughout proceedings. My role extended to a diverse array of matters, including criminal, civil, and traffic cases, wherein I spearheaded efforts to bolster court efficiency through implementation of streamlined case management processes and organizational enhancements.
• In addition to my judicial duties, I actively facilitated dispute resolution initiatives, leveraging my expertise to foster amicable resolutions in small claim cases. My commitment to promoting timely and equitable dispute resolution contributed to effective administration of justice within the legal framework.
• I also facilitated remand proceedings made by law enforcement authorities, weighing factors such as the seriousness of the alleged offense, flight risk of the accused, and the need to preserve evidence. I conducted these proceedings with diligence, ensuring that the rights of the accused are upheld while safeguarding public safety and the integrity of the legal process.

• I gained hands-on experience in the litigation process, encompassing activities such as drafting pleadings, compiling document bundles, drafting legal submissions as well as honing my advocacy skills.
• I managed a diverse caseload while maintaining excellent attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• My proficiency extended across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, demonstrating proficiency in navigating legal complexities and advocating for the Government's interests. Noteworthy achievements include representation in appellate courts, handling cases spanning citizenship issues under the Federal Constitution, defamation suits and judicial reviews.

• Drawing upon my tenure at the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, I was offered a more pivotal role within the Privatisation and Contract Management, AGC. This progression afforded me the privilege to contribute extensively to a spectrum of Public Private Partnership initiatives, encompassing Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Build-Operate-Lease-Transfer (BLMT), and Law Swap projects.
• Under the tutelage of seasoned mentors, I honed my skills in crafting concession agreements and adeptly navigating negotiations with concessionaires. These negotiations routinely involved intricate matters such as shareholding structures, financial restructuring, and land-related affairs under state jurisdiction.
• Among the notable privatisation endeavors under my purview were the BOT Waste-to-Energy Incinerator Project in Taman Beringin, Kepong, as well as the BLMT initiatives for Lebuhraya Pantai Timur and the Development of Hab Pendidikan Tinggi Pagoh for Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

I provided comprehensive advisory legal opinions and actively participated in the drafting and revision of legislative instruments, including the Strata Management Bill, the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Bill, and amendments to the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118].

Moreover, I had the privilege of engaging in high-level briefings and discussions with State Chief Ministers regarding the federalization of solid waste management and public cleansing services, a process involving the delegation of executive powers to the Federal Government.

In addition, I was also heavily involved with negotiating and drafting the concession agreements with key stakeholders such as Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, SWM Environment Sdn Bhd, and Environment Idaman Sdn Bhd, in alignment with the enforcement of the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007. These endeavors demanded rigorous negotiation skills and a deep understanding of legal frameworks, ensuring the effective implementation and enforcement of regulatory mandates while fostering collaborative relationships with pertinent entities

• I had the privilege of serving within the Corporate Debt Market Department under the tutelage of Partner Serina Abdul Samad. During this tenure, I contributed to the formulation of agreements for the issuance of debt instruments, with a particular emphasis on ensuring Shariah compliance in Islamic finance, alongside adherence to listing requirements stipulated within relevant legislative frameworks, notably the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] and the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 [Act 671].
• Furthermore, I actively participated in the preparation of comprehensive documents, including the Information Memorandum and Due Diligence Report, pertaining to the Sukuk Ijarah and Sukuk Mudharabah issued by Projek Lintasan Shah Alam Sdn Bhd
• During my tenure within the Corporate Debt Market Department, I actively engaged in collaborative efforts to analyze market trends and regulatory developments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. This involved conducting extensive research and due diligence to assess the feasibility and viability of proposed debt issuance structures.
