- To manage purchasing, warehousing & logistic department.
- To prepare purchasing planning to ensure production line running smoothly
- To liaise with all the local and overseas supplier and ensure to get the good quality product with lowest price/cost.
- To in charge all the import procedure to make sure all the import items can be deliver on time.
- To make sure all the finish products and materials keep in good and safe condition.
- To assist in sourcing activities and ensure the Company is always ahead in term of product knowledge and market pricing.
- To maintain, improve and implement the Purchasing and storage procedures to ensure the Company is adopting the best practices in line with ISO certification.
- To maintain and develop a register of qualified suppliers and ensure only purchases are made from approved supplier list (exceptional for approved by customers).
- To ensure and monitor vendors’ performance in term of pricing, packaging, delivery and quality.
- To monitor and keep updating the Purchase Order Monitoring Sheet for suppliers delivery.
- To assist in managing sub-contractors to ensure adequate availability of raw parts and timely delivery of quality parts to the Company.
