- Plan and coordinate the end-to-end mobilization and demobilization of ROVs spread and subsea equipment during offshore installations, covering deck layout, sea-fastening, system hook-up, integration of third-party equipment and tooling, and execution of deck and wet tests, while actively contributing to the development and refinement of operational procedures, work scopes, and technical frameworks.
- Lead IMCA R006 compliance audits and pre-mobilization inspections for ROV systems, ensuring full alignment with internal standards and client-specific requirements (Shell, OGP, DNV, LR).
- Review subsea equipment such as ROV torque tool, High Pressure Water Jet and pipeline inspection spread specifications, perform inspections, and conduct functional testing of contractor and rental equipment prior to acceptance.
- Develop and maintain ROV documentation such as operational procedures and records are consistently updated, incorporating all project-specific requirements and compliance with IMCA, ISO, and API standards are met
- Manage ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 audits for the Operations Department, ensuring full compliance with no non-conformities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to offshore ROV crews, managing fault resolution, spares and consumables requisition, logistics coordination, and purchasing, while addressing inquiries from clients, vendors, operations teams, and internal departments.
- Support inter-departmental coordination and client engagement to drive project success and maintain strong professional relationships
- Organize the repair and maintenance (R&M) of ROV fleets including damage repair, modifications and life extending repairs while coordinating with the technical department
- Participate in regular project progress reviews, internally and externally
- Analyze and review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), offshore equipment status, and personnel timesheets to ensure accurate project tracking and resource allocation
- Update and review the offshore Preventive Maintenance System (PMS), ensuring it is aligned with operational needs and project requirements.
- Manage and update the equipment fault reports register, ensuring proper tracking of faults and their timely resolution
- Ensure all ROV critical spares checks are conducted and that shortfalls are carried out in a timely manner
- Process offshore and onshore Maintenance Requests (MRs) efficiently, addressing inquiries about parts and ensuring smooth operations, while coordinating the timely procurement of consumables and spare parts in line with project specifications.
