• 2) Manage and overseeing the design drawings deliverables as per work planning
• 3) Develop the constructable design to be implemented at site.
• 4) Coordinate the design specifications between project requirements versus specifications
• 5) Ensure the project implementations based on approved materials and method statement.

1) Manage and control the budget that have been approved by management

2) To ensure the procurement shall be in line with the project dateline

3) Negotiate with vendors for the best offer and comply to the specifications.

4) Assisting project in following up certification and preparation of progress claim to client

5) Accomplish the variation order submission and negotiate for the best amount agreed by client

6) Ensure the tender submission including costing and all related activities shall be complete within a timely manner.
