- In-charge of the QC Department in Johor branches which consist of 10 batching plants and more will come. Directly manage almost 40 QC staffs.
- Designed and developed the high performance, cost optimized, special requirement mix designs as required by customers
- Reduced production costs with innovative material selection to produce cost optimize high quality concrete mix design.
- Provide technical support for Sales & Marketing Team and directly to customers.
- Managed supplier relationships, enforcing strict standards for incoming materials and components to preserve product integrity and minimize rejections.
- Followed proper documentation and standard engineering practise as per ISO 9001:2015 compliance as well as Product Certification which our Batching plants have complied to.
- Conducted regular audits to ensure adherence to established protocols, maintaining consistency across the organization.
- Investigated customer complaints and performed corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
