The Senior QHSE Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing QHSE policies, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior QHSE Engineer will work closely with various departments to integrate QHSE practices into all business processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure that all QHSE policies are communicated effectively and adhered to across the organization.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international QHSE regulations and standards.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance and address any issues.
• Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  Develop and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Lead investigations into incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on incident investigations and present findings to management.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, generating detailed reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
• Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Proactively manage the project according to the scope of work, continuously monitoring and managing project expectations with the team (PMT).
• Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Responsible for delivery, implementation, and support towards the company's pigging services onshore and offshore, such as pipeline cleaning, geometry, and MFL/UT inspection, and un-piggable pipeline inspection.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationship vital to the success of the project.
• Coordinate with project managers, teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project completion meets the standards that are maintained.
• Create awareness about staff's responsibilities towards activities of Health Safety Environments (HSE) and Quality Management System (QMS) in the organization.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, generating reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Identify and assess risks associated with construction activities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all safety equipment is available, functional, and properly used.

• Responsible for delivery, implementation, and support towards the company's pigging services onshore and offshore, such as pipeline cleaning, geometry, and MFL inspection.
• Operating and maintaining the High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) Tool.
• Team Lead, train and supervise team members on the pigging program and inspection.
