 Responsible to coordinate CBO (Cluster Base Optimization) DT team on managing and assigning any task required (Cluster, SSV, Adhoc, Features Trial, Customer Complaint, VIP)

 Job scope include preparing CBO DT Methodology (Task Cases) for Cluster Drive, keep in track DT Team progress and supporting RAN IpSec Migration Activity (DT Part)

• Monitor the performance and capability of computer systems using diversified tools
• Work to triage or troubleshoot the issues-include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other YT teams for a holistic solution
• Carefully track and document all defects and resolutions in detail and help in the maintenance of the system's health record
• Immediate response or troubleshooting-escalate the matter to management as per their SON Standard Operation Procedure
• Include the other YT resources, third-party or vendors, for a faster resolution after obtaining the proper approvals.

• HolHed in OSS Operation and Support Subsystem, provide data for CVT and SqT results
• Prepare concheck and prepare report for new site OA
• Optimize antenna and troubleshoot to improve coverage and quality signal
• Optimize throughput, traffic, user and OSS KNY for new OA sites upgrade band
• YnHolHed in )YFY projects for preparing and analyze ITE SSq, JJS, AS report and SSOA UMOC optimization using
• Nemo Outdoor
• Netmax and DME for OSS

• Monitoring the performance of the radio network by conducting drive test and analyzing various reports
• Coordinate with the field engineers
• Network and Switching Sections for rectifying radio network problems and improving the network performance and quality
• Conducting new site surreys for Radio and Transmission network for expansions and new projects
• Preparation of Cell design data for the new BTS sites
• Monitoring LTE network performance by carrying out the drive test and analysis of drive test log
• Propose for network expansion based on the traffic report analysis.
