- Working on laser tool that used to scribed the wafer.
- This laser tool is FOK (First of Kind) that customized by the company.
- This process required training for Level 1 until Level 3 and will training how to used the tool and also how check the wafer after complete scribed.
- Do preventive maintenance (PM) for laser tool.
- Troubleshooting any tool that having issue or error until the tool can running the production.
- Escalate any issue or quality to Module Engineer and Supervisor.
- Take part in huddle with Module Engineer and explained if there any error or part need to be upgraded.
